What you see here is the first of a set of changes to this webpage.
I've replaced client-side java-script with precompiled HTML pages so
that neither the server nor the client has to have scripting support.
I've also replaced the framed layout with tables so that printing should be simple.
It also gets rid of the double layout feature of the old webpage: it's no longer
necessary.
As a result of these changes a wider set of browsers should be compatible with the site.
Hack, even links works pretty well.
